TDL medal sets
The Nightmare Before Christmas set, TDL0701 - TDL0706 below is a good example. Also, a very hard to get variation, the TDL0710 was placed on stage and then quickly replaced. Rumors are that the die didn't have a hard enough temper and the image sunk into the die as a result. If not for the generosity of a very nice collector in Japan, that gave us one, we would not had a coin to scan. Yes, this fun hobby has made this old guy really believe that people around the world have a lot in common and there are a LOT of very nice people. Except maybe Boomer when a penny press machine jams.
